139 Restaurants wurden in der aktuellen Ausgabe mit einem oder mehreren Sternen ausgezeichnet. Unter ihnen haben drei Betriebe zum ersten Mal zwei Sterne erhalten und sieben weitere wurden mit einem neuen Stern ausgezeichnet.
Dazu Gwendal POULLENNEC, International Director of MICHELIN Guides: "This 2019 selection, with its 139 starred establishments, perfectly illustrates what characterizes the Belgian and Luxemburg gastronomic scenes. Indeed, we find among the distinguished restaurants, establishments that offer traditional cuisine consisting of authentic specialties from the pinnacle of the gastronomic heritage of these two countries, but also more contemporary restaurants that combine modern techniques and flavors from elsewhere. Our inspectors have, again this year, been able to compile, from a precise methodology, a complete selection faithful to the gastronomies of Belgium and Luxembourg".
